Amazing, everything perfect! The hotel is great for families and couples. The facilities are amazing, with a range of activities and beautiful views of the beach. The food is delicious, with a buffet restaurant and two a la carte restaurants. The breakfast is fantastic, with many choices and personalized orders taken. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with lovely views. The hotel staff were kind, attentive and thoughtful, making us feel welcome.
None, it was all perfect! The drinks at the hotel were expensive, but this was easily solved by using the nearby alternatives.

Celebrating Xmas in Crete was amazing! We received two complementary drinks on arrival which was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was perfect - right by the beach! The view from the room was beautiful and very relaxing to look at.
The food at the hotel was not up to the standard we expected. The buffet was not appetizing and the options were limited.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service is impeccable. We had a really nice time there. The extras, such as watersports and spa/massages are on the pricey side but the quality is excellent.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and organized, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel had a wonderful beachfront location, and our room was clean and comfortable. We particularly loved the complimentary espresso machine, daily water bottles, and chocolate treats. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the private pool and seaside bar. Finally, the food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options for breakfast and dinner.
Nothing for us.

fantastic! Very beautiful resort, attention to detail, very tasteful decoration in our villa. Loved the sea water pool, so much nicer than the stink of chlorine. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable i've experienced in a hotel. We had dinner at Kafeneion, the setting was beautiful, the food tasty, and the staff very helpful and charming. The gym was well equipped, the spa looked great (no time to try it), all areas of the resort were lovely, and the breakfast was sumptuous. We are definitely going to be back :)
nothing, it was all perfect

The hotel has a boutique feel with delicious food and a Greek atmosphere. The manager is charming and caring. The off-season price was incredible. We reconsidered leaving and would visit again.

The hotel had great amenities such as a stunning private beach and a beautiful pool area. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect, offering a tranquil setting for a relaxing stay.
The prices of drinks and lunch were extremely high, which made it challenging to enjoy these amenities. The hotel was a bit far from the nearest bar and town, meaning there weren't many options for entertainment outside of the hotel.

The private pool was rather private albeit affording a reasonable sea view; the pool was of respectable dimensions also. The service was helpful and willing. A complimentary expresso machine, dayly water bottle, chocolate treat, internet and cable tv in the room (but see below for the latter two) were nice. The "Bonaccia" seaside bar was good. The barman was GOOD, fast, accurate, and impeccably smart. Prices were appropriate (perhaps only here and at Kafenion restaurant). If you do go, try "Greek Elixir". Kafenion restaurant was good, perhaps a scant menu, but everything was perfect and plentiful; the very place was more than just satisfactory. I may have not used much but the reflexology treatment and reichi-inspired treatment acquired at Poseidon spa were exactly what I had needed. GOOD therapist. The place is suitably SILENT, and placed so as to allow only the sea to be heard constantly (mine was room 404, private pool suite).
For a resort of this kind... Internet must always work, and do so well, in the room; this it did not, never. The cable tv should do likewise; break downs and poor signal were commonplace. Likewise, showers are to be made such as to allow bathromms to remain dry; not here. In bathrooms, the "Bidet", and the electricity outlet MUST both work. Room lighting must be central: the key pocket by the door SHOULD act as general phase, and removal of the key should switch off ALL and ANY appliances/lights: a walk about the large room was necessary, in alternative to resignation. The room's finish had an asssembled look, much of the solutions appeared to have been "concocted" on the spot: a makeover with little funding? Not good for over 600 E per night The floor at poolside, in the suite, was inadecuate: a rough stone base pave (great for driveways), largely responsible for the deterioration of chairs and loungers (which would dance and wobble, preventing much of the expected comfort) in the private terrace. The check in was inadecuate, at such prices, someone other than yourself MUST take your documents, fill in whatever forms be of requirement, and return you your credentials AT your room: I have been unabashedly required to do the papers myself and only then have been escorted to the room. The breakfast table was good, no mistale about it, but somewhat monotonous (I have stayed 7 nights). A bit overpriced, unlike Blue Bay Palace at Plaka (Elounta), and in need of some attention.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
